Terms: Terms net 30 days. Prices are E.X.W. St. Paul, MN. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

Shipments: Shipment dates are based on seller's best estimates. The Seller will exercise their best efforts to ship on schedule, but shall not be liable for damage or loss because of any delay in delivery. Seller reserves the right to fill order by complete or partial shipments unless otherwise agreed. Shipments are normally made within 24 hours of receipt of order and are sent via UPS. Next day/second day air is available upon request. Claims for wrong or short shipments must be made within ten (10) days of shipment. Claims for damaged-in-shipment should be made immediately to the delivering carrier.

Warranty: All Micromedics products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Return Goods Policy: It is understood that responsibility for inventory levels and rotation rest with the customer. No merchandise may be returned without prior WRITTEN authorization from Micromedics. Full credit for merchandise will be given only if authorized return is made within 60 days of invoice date and merchandise is in the original box in good condition. Merchandise returned after 60 days will be credited at full purchase price less 15% restocking charge. Merchandise returned after 180 days will be credited at full purchase price less 30% restocking charge. MERCHANDISE HELD LONGER THAN ONE YEAR IS NOT RETURNABLE. Altered, obsolete and discontinued items are NOT returnable for credit.

Handling Charge: A handling charge of $10.00 will be placed on orders totaling less than $100.00.

15 Day Evaluations: Product will be billed if not returned within 15 days. Customer is responsible for condition of product. Returned product which has been altered or damaged will be billed to the customer.
